Empowerment to women and artisans

“After centuries of Marginalization and neglect, we need to cast our own movements, projects and ideas as a struggle for relevancy in the face of historical manipulation, exploitation and oppression. We need to fight, tooth and nail, for equity in all areas of social life. The point to make clear, women and artisans are not looking for scraps or a handout from the old paternalistic system but an equitable, stable system.”
And for the same Mr.S.C.MITTAL has founded the organization “PFT” in 1982
Alongwith the Founder five more producers participated in the good deed. Later on Mr. Mittal meat the fair trade organization OXFAM, After the discussion with OXFAM, PFT started working on concept of fair trade. PFT worked on the vision continuously to provide sustainable livelihood to marginalised and disadvantaged people, so they could have the platform to move forward and to make their life decent.

Over years PFT partnered globally with other organizations to improve in work and knowledge for great development. Gradually PFT joined its wings with many other producers and build a platform for support to producers and artisans.

And it is possible because of conception of fair trade practices.
